Coming in to hospital for any procedure can be daunting but Mr Ross and his team gave me confidence from the outset that I was with the right surgeon. My request for surgery and the reason I had opted for surgery, were discussed and procedures fully explained. The admittance and surgery its self went very well and the nursing staff post surgery were supportive and attentive through to discharge.
Post surgery activities including exercise and scar manipulation were explained so I knew the next steps once I was back at home.
The whole experience from initial contact through to today's review has been professional, friendly and supportive and I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Ross and his team at the Alexander Hospital.
